Sales/distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX
The partner must not have any active opportunities with AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) or Windows (Services Distribution Program).
AWS service partner levels must belong to the Advanced category.
Description:
TD SYNNEX generates the practice of OLA execution, teaching partners how to increase the practice.
TD SYNNEX requests MLS | MPSA authorization for analyses and recommendations.
Technical support: TD SYNNEX will provide technical assistance for the implementation of the OLA and guides for best practices to apply to the MAP program.
Scenario 2
The Licensing Delivery Partner executes the OLA:
Sales/distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX
The partner must not have any active opportunities with AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) or Windows (Services Distribution Program).
Description:
The Licensing Delivery Partner signs an NDA (today we work with a Licensing Delivery Partner (LDP) called Licensing Assurance or Cintra).
The Licensing Delivery Partner requests authorization for analysis via TD SYNNEX and partner ULA.
Technical support: TD SYNNEX will contract the most qualified Licensing Delivery Partner to execute the OLA for the partner.
Scenario 1

The partner must have technical staff.
Staff must be able to be assigned to the migration project.
AWS service partner levels must belong to the Select (**Register) category.
Upon compliance with these requirements, 60% of the funds authorized by AWS for TD SYNNEX will be allocated.
