TD SYNNEX runs the OLA

In the scenario where the project discovery is greater than 50 servers, these will run the OLA with their own capacity.
The order and authorization process are carried out by the distributor through APFP.

The Licensing Delivery Partner executes the OLA

In the scenario where the project discovery is greater than 100,000 Oracle workloads.
The order and authorization process are carried out by the Licensing Delivery Partner through APFP.

OLA Execution Modes with TD SYNNEX

Activate your eligibility for the MAP program with direct support from TD SYNNEX or through a certified Licensing Delivery Partner.

Scenario 2

The Licensing Delivery Partner executes the OLA

  • Sales/distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX

  • The partner must not have any active opportunities with AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) or Windows (Services Distribution Program).

Description:

  • The Licensing Delivery Partner signs an NDA (today we work with a Licensing Delivery Partner (LDP) called Licensing Assurance or Cintra).

  • The Licensing Delivery Partner requests authorization for analysis via TD SYNNEX and partner ULA.

  • Technical support: TD SYNNEX will contract the most qualified Licensing Delivery Partner to execute the OLA for the partner.

Scenario 1

TD SYNNEX runs the OLA

  • Sales/distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX

  • The partner must not have any active opportunities with AWS EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) or Windows (Services Distribution Program).

  • AWS service partner levels must belong to the Advanced category.

Description:

  • TD SYNNEX generates the practice of OLA execution, teaching partners how to increase the practice.

  • TD SYNNEX requests MLS | MPSA authorization for analyses and recommendations.

  • Technical support: TD SYNNEX will provide technical assistance for the implementation of the OLA and guides for best practices to apply to the MAP program.
